Students learn best and are most successful when they are psychologically healthy and have access to tools and knowledge that prevent stress and promote wellness. We have collected strategies and habits that can best incorporate mental wellness, alleviate stress, and facilitate learning.
The Mental Wellness wheel is a collection of strategies for integrating mental wellness into a classroom or program. The strategies are an entry point for preventing stressors, promoting wellness, and connecting students to resources. The wheel includes 8 ideas and innovations and as a collective whole provides a framework for integration.
