The Power of Partnership: Bring Mockingbird Training to Your Region

When programs work together, something powerful happens—learning becomes local, sustainable, and shared. Hosting a Regional Mockingbird Training allows your organization to bring nationally recognized, trauma-informed professional development directly to your region, while helping neighboring programs access the same transformational learning experience—without the travel.

Mockingbird workshops equip educators, mentors, and workforce practitioners with research-based strategies for teaching, coaching, and mentoring vulnerable learners.

How Hosting Works

What You Provide…

We make hosting simple. Your site provides:

  • A comfortable training space for 30–50 participants (classroom, conference room, or similar)

  • Support with local outreach and promotion

  • On-site coordination during the event (check-in, hospitality, logistics)

What You Receive…

As a host site, you’ll gain:

  • Free or discounted seats for your staff
  • The opportunity to build local leadership capacity while strengthening relationships with partner programs
  • Recognition as an official Mockingbird Host Partner

Partnership Investment

When two or more programs co-host a regional event, each maintains its annual ECHO Membership, ensuring year-round coaching and development support. The on-site workshop cost is then shared among the participating sites.

  • Let’s build something lasting together—because the power of partnership turns good programs into great networks.

Let’s Bring the Work to Where it Matters Most

Whether you serve youth, adults, or workforce learners, your community deserves consistent, high-quality professional learning that meets real needs. Hosting a Mockingbird training helps you strengthen your program and the region around it.
