Unlock the full potential of your leadership with Wingspan: Expanding Your Leadership Potential, a transformative leadership development program designed for those guiding teams and initiatives in youth development and adult education. This program equips leaders with actionable strategies, deep insights into their leadership style, and tools to create impactful, purpose-driven programs that empower staff and learners alike.

  1. Leadership Styles (DISC Model): Learn to recognize and leverage different personality styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness—to build trust, inspire growth, and connect effectively with staff, learners, and families.
  2. 360-Degree Feedback for Growth: Gain holistic insights into your leadership style through feedback from peers, supervisors, and stakeholders. Use this information to craft actionable steps toward enhancing your impact.
  3. Generational Dynamics in Youth Development Teams: Understand the unique perspectives and strengths of multigenerational teams, and learn strategies to create a cohesive, supportive workplace that drives collaboration and mission alignment.
  4. Courageous Conversations for Equity and Growth: Master techniques to address sensitive or challenging topics, such as inequities, conflicts, or feedback, with respect, honesty, and a focus on fostering trust and understanding.
  5. Cognitive Coaching for Coaching  Staff and Program Participants: Develop skills to coach and mentor staff and learners effectively, supporting self-directed growth and reflective practices that empower others to overcome challenges and thrive.
